Meet the Creative Team
(She/Her)
A senior musical theatre major, Dani is quite bummed to make her directing debut at SU during her final semester here! However, there couldn’t be a more perfect project. This show was a mere ear worm since last July, and it’s INSANE to see it fully developed in collaboration with such a wonderful set of humans. Here’s where I break third person and express my utter love for student work- challenge yourself! Challenge your friends! Always strive to create safe spaces where you can explore your boundaries as an artist because your work is meaningful and important. Check out Hypnos Theatre, Shut Up! It’s Shakespeare, The Loaf, and Moonrise on social media platforms to support more student work. All the love to my family (especially Stanley).
(She/Her)
Emily is ecstatic to music direct Reefer Madness! You may have seen her in Hair, 1776, or in last year’s Hornet’s Nest production of Side By Side. Additionally, she has a passion for vocal pedagogy and has recently become a certified voice teacher. Emily is incredibly grateful and excited to work on such a fun project with an awesome team!
(She/Her)
Maggie Mae Roach is a junior Musical Theatre major here at Shenandoah Conservatory. She is MADly excited and humbled to be making her choreography debut alongside the most supportive creative team and cast! This past fall you may have seen her as Lucy Grant in BRIGHT STAR. Other credits at SU include Swing/US Heather McNamara in HEATHERS, Mum in BLooM! and “Turn Back, O’ Man” Soloist in Hornets’ Nest first ever production, GODSPELL. She cannot say thank you enough to her family, friends, faculty, and of course the amazing team of people involved in this production. Enjoy the high!
